Delivery zones & charges
Zone A (local): no delivery charge. Zone B (up to 15km): KES 200/delivery. Zone C (Vihiga, Kakamega, Nandi, Siaya, Homa Bay, Kisii): KES 400/delivery. Other counties: quoted on request.
Billing & payment plans
Monthly (no discount), Quarterly (5% off), Semi-Annual (8% off), Annual (12% off) — all paid in advance. Late payment after 7 days attracts a 2% monthly charge; deliveries may be suspended after 14 days unpaid.
Price changes
Pricing may be revised with 30 days' written notice, capped at 15% per revision. You may cancel penalty-free within the notice period if you don't accept the new price.
Substitutions
If an item is unavailable, we'll substitute an equal-or-greater-value organic item and notify you at least 48 hours before delivery — or you can decline and get a credit instead.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Prepaid plans are refunded pro-rata, less a KES 500 admin fee. This agreement auto-renews unless cancelled at least 14 days before the term ends.
Your data
Used only to fulfil this subscription (orders, delivery, billing). Not shared with third parties except as required by law.
